There is often six kinds of stair treads,

T1, smaller grating, load bars often are longer than corss bar size. Welded fixing without checker plate or strip nosing

T2, Fixed by steel bolts without nosing

T3, fixed by welding with nosing

T4, fixed by steel bolts with nosing

T5, fixed by welding, with FRP nosing

T6, fixed by steel bolts with FRP nosing.

The stair ladders beams is often C channels, and connect all stair treads steps together. This ladder need be customized according to the projects’ requirements.  

Handrails and Stanchions

1. Normal steel tube handrails, is seal full welded by steel tube or pipes together,

2. The handrails is made of steel flat bars.

3. Ball jointed handrails, there is some standard sizes.

  The ball size can be Dia. 76 and Dia. 66mm, the post tube is often Dia,48mm.  

  The standard styles are P, C, W, S, SC, SO, PA, CA, WA, SAL, SAR,AM and so on.
